How do I use the performance awards web site?
After you've read the Thank You message, the award categories listed at the top of the page will allow you to view the different awards that are available.
You can click on any award to see a larger image of the award, read a detailed description of it, add to a favorites list, or order it.
Other navigational links are available at the top of each page. "Message" takes you to the Thank You message, "Feedback" opens a form you can fill out to give feedback about your ordering experience, and Home will take you to your companys nomination program overview page.

How do I order my performance award?
Browse through the awards. If you click on any of the photos of the awards, you will see a larger image of the award and a detailed description.
Once you've chosen the award you want, click on the order button and follow the on-line instructions.
You will be asked for contact and shipping information. After you click continue it will take you to a page where you can complete your order, change your information or cancel you order. After completing your order, you can view your order conformation number, shipping information, and customer service contact information.

How do I obtain my access number to order my performance award?
You should have received and E-mail or Certificate containing your personal access number.
If you have misplaced your access number, or you are experiencing problems with placing your order, please contact (see question #2 with phone numbers and email address information).

What do I do if there is a problem with my performance award?
If an award is damaged or broken, please call the toll-free number provided with each award to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Attach that number to the award. Then return it to one of the following address or call:

Returned items should include a note outlining the specifics of the problem and where the replacement should be mailed. Allow up to three weeks for the award to be sent back to you.
Is the information I enter at the order entry secure?
Yes. After you press the order button all information processed uses 128 bit SSL encryption. This means that if a third party intercepts the information as it travels across the network, it cannot be read.
